My first suggestion to get rid of the ugliness of stress is to start a journal. Express your self . Relieve yourself by writing what happen, why did happen, How am i going to change it?
Secondly you need to stop dwelling on the past and move on. Forgive yourself and the person who did you wrong because truthfully you’re the only one getting affected. I guarantee that person is somewhere living their life while your drowning in despair.
Take it day by day. eliminate all the negativity out of your life and find your source of happiness. I know that its easier said than done. I recommend day by day!
